We are a family owned and operated business located in Mt Vernon, TX. We have been perfecting the art of lakehouse living for our discerning clients since 2019. We humbly began this journey as iClean Cleaning Services LLC and we grew so fast it made our heads spin. Now, in answer to requests from numerous clients, we proudly launch iConcierge by iClean. We have a carefully cultivated reputation for discretion and excellence. Our dedicated team members take care of all the details, leaving you free to live your best life. Planning to visit the lake soon? Great! Let us get everything prepared for your arrival.
INDOORS-Set thermostat to desired temperature-Open blinds/shades/drapes-Remove cobwebs -Refill soap and lotion bottles-Ensure each bathroom has ample toilet paper-Set out or hang towel sets in each bathroom-Remove any visible dust-Spray house with any fragrance you prefer-Fluff pillows-Set a table (must request) -Stock fridge/ pantry from your grocery list ($60+20% of grocery bill) -Prep a S'mores kit
OUTDOORS- Clear pathways of branches and debit- Remove cobwebs/ nests/ bugs from entryways- Set out patio furniture and cushions- Clean patio furniture- Clean grill and outdoor kitchen- ensure propane tanks are full- Fill tiki torches, set out citronella candles and bug spray- Set out towels and/ or blankets - Uncover boats/ jet skis- Inflate inflatables

Stress Free Perfection
We hate to see you go! Enjoy your time though, let us close up the house!
INDOORS- Set thermostat to desired temperature- Turn off all fans or space heaters- Launder used bedding and towels- Dress beds with clean bedding- Stock bathrooms with clean towels- Remove trash- Cleaning service (by request. iClean hourly rate $30/hr per cleaner for non-members. Members enjoy a lower rate of $20/hr per cleaner)
OUTDOORS- Remove any trash- Cover boats and jet skis- Put patio cushions away/ cover patio furniture-Deflate inflatables and store away- Put away tiki torches/ candles/ bug spray- Put away towels and blankets or bring inside for laundering- Clean outdoor kitchen- Clean grill

Need a pipe fixed? Electric work? Large repair? Exterminator? A remodel? Florist? Baker? Whatever your need, we can put you in touch with the right person in just about any home service field. As an added bonus for members, we will even schedule for you, meet the serviceman, manage the project from start to finish. We keep you updated with pics of progress so you don't have to be on site.
